  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14oz
  • Cream Cheese 3oz
  • Grated Cheese 1oz
  • 1/2 teaspoons  Shallot
  • Chive, Parsley, and Garlic
  • Poach the frozen French quenelle bun in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  • Mince the shallot and herbs and chop the garlic. Add the cream cheese and mix until a homogenous mixture is obtained. Then season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the oven to 230°C/446°F. Place the French quenelle bun on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Take out the French Quenelle bun and fill it with the cream cheese preparation from earlier.
  • Serve immediately. Bon appétit!
    CHEF TIPS: For a gourmet recipe, you can also add a slice of smoked salmon or some pieces of cured ham.
