Poach the frozen French quenelle bun in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Mince the shallot and herbs and chop the garlic. Add the cream cheese and mix until a homogenous mixture is obtained. Then season with salt and pepper.
Heat the oven to 230°C/446°F. Place the French quenelle bun on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Take out the French Quenelle bun and fill it with the cream cheese preparation from earlier.
