Roasted California Blend Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 32 ounces vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray or coat with olive oil.
  • Microwave each bag of vegetables for about 4 minutes.
  • Place vegetables on baking pan and cook for 25 minutes.
