Summer Citrus Shrimp and Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • Argentine Wild Red Shrimp
  • 2 Avocados
  • Mixed baby greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 Lime
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
