Feuille de Brick Egg Wrap – A Crispy & Delicious 5-Minute Recipe
A light and crispy feuille de brick wrap filled with eggs, fresh herbs, and creamy avocado. The perfect quick meal, ready in just 5 minutes!
Ingredients

feuille de brick (Fillo dough)
2
eggs
1/4
avocado, sliced
1
tbsp
fresh parsley, chopped
1
tbsp
fresh basil, chopped
1
tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
Salsa (optional, for serving)
Instructions
Prepare the base:
Place a sheet of feuille de brick in a pan over medium heat. Let it warm for about 30 seconds.
Add the fillings:
Crack two eggs onto the dough and sprinkle with parsley and basil.
Fold into a wrap:
As the edges crisp up, carefully fold the sides over the filling, creating a wrap.
Cook until golden:
Drizzle with olive oil and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, or until crispy and golden.
Serve & enjoy:
Remove from heat, add avocado slices, and serve with salsa if desired.
