Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup canola mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon 2% reduced-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped shallots
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon whole-grain mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon drained, rinsed, and chopped brined capers
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh tarragon
  • 1/4 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
  • Dash of black pepper
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Chill until ready to use.
