Summer Citrus Shrimp and Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • Argentine Wild Red Shrimp
  • 2 Avocados
  • Mixed baby greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 Lime
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Prepare Shrimp: Grill or sauté shrimp until pink and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Salad Base: In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced avocados, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion.
